History of Davions
Davions is the result of more than ten years of experience in international e-commerce, software solutions, and data-driven brand development. The first concepts were created back in 2015, shaped by strategic partnerships, innovative technologies, and a strong partner network. Today, we bring this experience together in Davions GmbH to build scalable brand worlds that connect markets, capture trends, and create sustainable business models.

The Beginning of a Vision
In 2015, the foundations for Davions were laid. Through a Swiss-German partnership, the first steps into e-commerce were taken alongside the development of an initial B2B software solution. At the same time, in-house productions were launched, and the first clients in the DACH region were acquired. Various product ideas were tested across different industries – an early foundation for today’s multi-segment strategy.
2015
Breakthrough Through Partnerships
2018 marked a decisive step in growth. A close collaboration with a German software company led to solid business results and significant market success. At the same time, targeted niche markets and segments were developed, establishing independent market shares. White-label solutions, interface integrations, and data-driven performance marketing generated the first major scaling effects.

Technological Scaling and Diversification
With the further development of customized software for hospitality, gastronomy, and retail, 2020 marked the beginning of the scaling phase. White-label apps with membership and coupon features enabled tailored customer solutions, while e-commerce platforms for regional products and private labels were built in parallel. The business model evolved from a single solution into a diversified, scalable portfolio.

Expansion of Competence and Structures
During these years, structures were professionalized and a resilient growth playbook was developed. Structured data management, forecasting, and performance marketing enabled predictable growth. Suppliers were integrated through SLAs and quality processes, while new brand architectures – from white-label to private labels – were established. At the same time, entire process chains, from procurement and content management to logistics and returns, were optimized.
Strategic Preparation
2024 was marked by strategic alignment. During this phase, business plans were refined, brand architectures developed, and the multi-shop strategy clearly defined. At the same time, organizational structures, processes, and governance models were established to enable an independent Swiss e-commerce group. In addition, supplier networks were expanded, legal frameworks prepared, and the first structures for international roll-out created. This laid the foundation for the establishment of Davions GmbH in 2025.

The Next Stage of Evolution
In 2025, Davions GmbH was officially founded in Switzerland. Building on more than ten years of experience in e-commerce, software solutions, and data-driven business models, Davions today unites multiple online shops and platforms tailored to different lifestyle segments and sales channels. As a Swiss e-commerce group with an international perspective, Davions operates various brand worlds that are individually scalable and strategically managed, based on expertise gained since 2015 through predecessor companies.
